93% combed cotton + 7% spandex
Size
Keep your usual size. The maternity shirt is made of soft combed cotton with a bit of stretch and ruching along sides for more belly room. All t-shirts run true to size, so if you normally wear a Small before pregnancy, then a Small would be the best fit. They are meant to stretch with you as your belly grows.
