How We Work

I work with a small, carefully selected group of clients, and I’m intentional about who I take on. Each month, I open a limited number of new spots, and not every inquiry will be the right fit.

My services are designed for couples who value a highly personalized, detail-driven approach to travel. If you’re drawn to exceptional hotels and resorts and want every aspect of your babymoon thoughtfully designed from start to finish, we may be a great match.

If you’re looking for last-minute arrangements or more budget-conscious travel planning, I’m likely not the right advisor for you, and I’d rather be upfront about that than waste your time.

Discovery Call

Our journey together starts with a brief phone conversation. We’ll discuss your wishes, expectations, and budget to make sure we’re aligned before moving forward.

If we’re a good match, I’ll begin handpicking luxury accommodations and curating experiences that make your babymoon truly exceptional, guided entirely by what matters most to you.

One-time non-refundable Travel Planning Fee

A non-refundable travel planning fee applies to all bookings. This covers the full scope of your itinerary: hotel and destination research, transfers, accommodations, spa treatments, dinner reservations, and guided tours. You’ll also receive a digital itinerary with app integration for a smooth, seamless experience from departure to return.

Pricing varies depending on the complexity of your itinerary and will be discussed during our discovery call.

This fee reflects the time, expertise, and industry relationships I bring to every babymoon I design. It is non-refundable and required to begin work together.

Additional surcharge for departures within 30 days

I recommend planning your babymoon at least two to three months in advance, which allows enough time to secure the best suites, experiences, and arrangements on your behalf.

For departures within 30 days, an additional surcharge applies to account for the complexity and urgency involved. This will be confirmed before you commit to anything.
