Borgo Egnazia is in the heart of Puglia, in Savelletri di Fasano, a town of fishermen, old ladies who embroider in front of their small white houses, and colourful clotheslines, a few steps away from the Adriatic coast, the slopes of the Murgia and the Itria Valley. Trulli, dry stone walls, vineyards and olive groves as far as the eye can see.

Every room contains either a super king-sized bed or two separate beds, stone bathrooms, and either a balcony or a private garden.
IL BORGO
With its central piazza, the Borgo is the heart of the property. Its internal and external architectural design is reminiscent of a traditional Apulian village. The small streets and corners are typical of an Apulian village suspended in timeless tradition reflect simplicity, elegance and the highest attention to detail.
LE VILLE

GOLF CLUB
San Domenico Golf Club is located between the ancient city of Egnathia (5thC B.C.) and the Savelletri marina. The course is flanked by the rocky lining of the Adriatic Sea to the east and the vegetable fields and olive groves to the west.
San Domenico is a classic links course, characterized by the typical Mediterranean vegetation. Next to the low bushes of thyme, rosemary, sage and mint, sprout the ancient and uniquely beautiful olive trees, becoming the field’s emblem. The course’s backdrop is the sea, visible from all angles, while the scenery’s main player is the wind, blowing almost constantly all year long.
DINING
Borgo Egnazia features six dining venues :
- Due Camini; the most sophisticated gourmet restaurant at Borgo Egnazia. The atmosphere is elegant and refined: connoisseurs can experience high cuisine carefully prepared with the finest Apulian ingredients.
- La Frasca; at “La Frasca”, cuisine meets the Apulian farming experience. Comfortable and rustic, it’s the ideal place for a meal with family or friends.
- Trattoria Mia Cucina; At Trattoria Mia Cucina you can watch ‘live’ while your dishes are prepared. This is also the site of the Massaia’s cooking classes and a place where ‘social’ tables give rise to moments of fun conviviality. At “Mia Cucina” you can also taste wood fired pizzas. Their ‘pizzaiolo’ will be happy to meet all of your requests: the extra virgin olive oil from sister and neighbouring hotel Masseria San Domenico will be the special touch.
- Pescheria da Vito; Pescheria da Vito restaurant has a sea view and is located on the beach of the same name (Borgo Egnazia’s beach club), about 5 minutes walk-away from Borgo Egnazia.
- Il Colonnato; A flavors of the Mediterranean of the Apulian cuisine for families. Open for dinner with a rich buffet of Apulian and mediterranean products.
- Da Puccetta; “Da Puccetta” was created for the youngest guests of Borgo Egnazia with an ad hoc menu that ensures a healthy, balanced meal which varies daily.
